Danish funeral Queen Ingrid of Denmark has asked that anyone wishing to send floral tributes to the late King Frederjk’s funeral consider making a contribution to the King Frederik and Queen Ingrid Humanitarian and Cultural Fund, Giro 1000, Copenhagen, according to the Royal Danish Consul in New Zealand (Mr P. J. Skellorup). The funeral of the late King Frederik will take place on January 24 at Roskilde Cathedral. A list of condolences has opened at the Royal Danish Consulate, 100 Cumnor Terrace, Christchurch 2, and persons wishing to sign the list may do so during normal office hours. The swallow-tailed flag of Denmark will fly over the Consulate at half-mast until the funeral service is ended.
