Australian share prices moved easier on the London stock market , today, but most falls were small. Among the most significant was a 10 point drop for 8.H.P., which closed at 540 p (1158 c - - C.G.F.A. moved back five points, while Poseidon suffered from profit-taking and ended the day at 620 p (1327 c Most other issues tended to be one or two pence off on the day. These included Bougainville, Great Boulder, Mount Isa Mines' New Broken Hill, and Western Mining Corporation.

Woodside continued the decline begun yesterday and ended the day at 52p (111 c though other oils were steady.
