GROMYKO IN TOKYO

Demonstrators Arrested (N.Z.PA. Reuter—Copyright) TOKYO, July 25. Nine Right-wing demonstrators waving anti-Soviet leaflets were arrested in Tokyo today as Foreign Ministers Andrei Gromyko and Etsusaburo Shiina began their talks. Police moved In when the demonstrators tried to invade the compound of the Foreign Ministry building where the talks were taking place. Mr Gromyko, the first Soviet Foreign Minister to visit Japan, arrived by air last night and quickly made it clear that he was prepared to discuss Vietnam with the Japanese leaders.
