PARIS, July 24.
Israel will file a formal application in September for association with the Common Market, the Israeli Ambassador to Paris, Mr Walter Eytam, has announced. Meanwhile, in Brussels the Common Market’s Council of Ministers has instructed its executive commission to draw up a full report by October on the possibility of Spain’s association with the Common Market.
