POSITION AND PROSPECTS The immediate appointment will be as Chief Accountant responsible to the Company Secretary who is also Secretary of the parent company. It is the intention to appoint a man who can take over the position of Secretary of the Subsidiary as soon as he has gained experience in the company and shown that he is fitted for it. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Applicants should be members of the New Zealand Society of Accountants, aged between 30 and 45 years. As the Chief Accountant will be expected to initiate and implement these changes it is desirable that the appointee should have had experience to fit him for this.
