Street Con. one-For-3
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 22. Street Construction, Hamilton, planned to make a one-for-three bonus issue from capital reserves, the chairman Mr C. A. Staples, announced at the annual meeting yesterday. Proposals for the issue, as well as plans to divide present shares into 10s units some time this year, will be sent to shareholders. Subject to current economic conditions, directors hoped to maintain the existing 10 per cent dividend rate on the higher capital. It is also hoped that the issue would not be subject to any form of tax.
