Suharto Wanted As P.M. (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) DJAKARTA, July 21. The powerful antiCommunist Students’ Action Command in Djakarta has demanded that the Army leader, Lieutenant-General Suharto, become Prime Minister, instead of President Sukarno. In a statement on the formation of a new Cabinet, made public today, the Djakarta branch of the Action Command—Kami —said General Suharto should assume the role of Prime Minister in addition to his present positions as Deputy Premier for Security and Defence, Army Minister and Army Commander-in-Chief.
