Tiny Bible On Display (Special Crspdt. N.Z P A.) LONDON, June 12. A tiny square of silk printed in London in 1814, which has the Lord’s Prayer written on it in a circle less than half an inch across, is one of the curiosities being shown by a Bloomsbury bookseller at the Book Collectors' Fair at the National Book League from June 14. The silk was made to celebrate peace and the abdication of Napoleon. The same collector will be showing 30 of the tiniest books in the world. They include the smallest New Testament in the world, printed by the Glasgow University Press for the former firm of David Bryce and Son, of Glasgow, in 1895. It measures l|in by 1 l/Bin, has 876 pages and a magnifying glass enclosed in the cover.
