Obituary

MR IL H. PARTON Mr R. H. Parton, who was associated with the selling of newsprint to most of New Zealand’s newspapers for 32 years, died in Wellington on Sunday, aged 80. Mir Parton, a former paper department manager for British and Dominion Traders, Ltd., the New Zealand representatives for the Loudonbased newsprint firm of Peter Dixon and Sons, Ltd., retired in 1956. He had been ill in hospital for the last nine months. He is survived by his widow, Mirs A. M. Pairton.
