No U.S. Aid If Hanoi Helped
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright! WASHINGTON, July 19. The Senate yesterday prohibited United States development aid to any country whose planes or ships carry supplies to North Vietnam. It adopted an amendment to that effect in a debate on the administration’s 3200 million dollars Foreign Aid Bill. The House of Representatives imposed similar restriction last week.
