The Australian Cabinet will confer with representatives of industry, commerce, banking and primary industry tomorrow before framing the 1966-67 Budget later in the week. The Australian Prime Minister, Mr Holt, who returned from overseas today, will attend tomorrow’s discussions. The Australian Treasurer, Mr William McMahon, who will be preparing his first Budget since taking over the portfolio in January, is determined to produce a Budget uninfluenced by the political demands of an election year, observers says.
