SUBMARINE VOYAGE

Three Chch. Reservists Three reservists from H.M.-N-Z.S. Pegasus have left Christchurch for Napier where they will join the Royal Navy submarine Tabard for its two-day voyage to Lyttelton. They are Lieutenant D. B. 8001, and Leading Seamen R. B. Williams and B. E. Hendem. The major role of the Royal New Zealand Navy is antisubmarine warfare so the voyage will give the three men a rare opportunity to see how their adversary works.
