Weights For C.J.C. Major Races

Prince Robin, the '! Wellington Steeple- : chase winner with ’ 9- has been given second top-weight of 10- in the Grand National Steeplechase. The Canterbury Jockey; Club will stage the Grand■ National Steeples at Riccar-I ton on August 6. |' Ringlock, which finished! fourth in the Wellington and , Riddiford Steeplechases at Trentham, is the Grand National Steeples top-weight with 10-5. No Offence, with 10-3, and Koral (10-2) are two past Grand National winners lik-! ely to run again in the £3lOO race. In the Riddiford Steeplechase at Trentham on Saturday, No Offence was third to Henry and Kingston, which! are also Grand National entrants. Henry won the Riddiford with 9-5 and has half a stone more in the Grand National. The brilliant, three-year-old Gus is the Winter Cup topweight with 9-3. Kumai, winner of the Wellington Winter Hurdles on Saturday under 10-1, heads the weights for the Grand National Hurdles with 10-9.
