Marlborough and Nelson.—Fresh west to north-west winds about northern Nelson and the sounds, elsewhere light or moderate variable winds; variable skies with scattered showers; cool temperatures. Outlook: scattered showers. Buller and Westland.—Light to moderate winds from a southerly quarter; occasional showers, but increasing fair periods; cool. Outlook: fine.
