C. 1.8. Awaiting Reports (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 15. The head of the Auckland C. 1.8., Detective Superintendent M. J. Ross, who has been directing inquiries into the poisonings at Taupo during Easter, is still awaiting results of inquiries being made overseas.

Guests from Australia, Britain and Canada who attended the gatherings at Tauhara, near Taupo, during the Easter holidays have been asked to return questionnaires listing the foods they ate. Results of analytical tests by Government scientists were also awaited, Superintendent Ross said today. Two people died and two others were ill after the gatherings.
