SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE THE UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMITTEE advises that Scholarships for study in 1967 are available for competition. Any applicant who is attending or is a recent graduate of a University in New Zealand should apply to the Registrar of his University by October 1,1966. Any other applicant should apply to the Secretary of the University Grants Committee by the same date. POST-DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS Open to applicants who are not more than 35 years of age and who have qualified for a Ph.D. degree in a New Zealand University or a Ph.D. (or its equivalent) of any other University. Tenure 1-2 years. Emolument £lOOO p.a POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS—mainIy for study in New Zealand. Open to recent graduates who are eligible to register as students for the degree of Ph.D. Emolument £650 p.a.
