Ho Chi Minh Trail (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) VIENTIANE (Lios), July 15, Seventy-five thousand North Vietnamese were working on the Ho Chi Minh trail complex east of Laos, according to latest intelligence estimates, Western military and diplomatic sources reported ■ yesterday. The figures comprised 50,000 workers and 25,000 troops. Previous estimates ranged between 8000 and 20,000. The Ho Chi Minh trail is the route for North Vietnamese troop reinforcements entering South Vietnam.
