DOCTOR DIES
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON. July 15. The New Zealand gynaecologist, Mr William Hawksworth, died in Oxford yesterday. He was 55. Mr Hawksworth was a member of the Council of the I Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He was appointed consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist to the United Oxford Hospitals in 1947. Last August he attended the American actress, Miss Patricia Neal, when she gave birth to a daughter after having been partially paralysed by a series of strokes earlier in the year.
