The Minister of Labour (Mr Shand), who was to have spoken to Auckland University students next Sunday night, has been replaced by the Deputy-Prime Minister (Mr Marshall). The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) told students in a letter that Mr Shand had now informed him that because of other commitments he was unable to go to Auckland. Mr Marshall had agreed to take Mr Shand’s place.
