A Hamilton cat, South Pacific Goldmyth, a creamcoloured Persian, became the country’s first grand champion at the Franklin Cat Club’s show at Papatoetoe on Saturday. He qualified as a grand champion after winning bis third championship for the S6&SOTL South Pacific Goldmyth is owned by Mr S. M. Dick.
