Minor Fires
A fire in the tiles surrounding a fireplace at the home of Mr P. Spiller. 143 Deans avenue, was extinguished by a unit from the Sockburn Fire Station at 12.7 a.m. on Saturday. Two units from the Wools-
♦on station attended a small fire in an oil trap at the factory of Andersons, Ltd., 38 Curries road, at 11.42 a m. An oven fire at the home of Mrs M. Rathie, 172 Stanmore road, was attended by a unit from the Central station at 7.4 p.m.
