NEW SENIOR TEAM, TEACHERS’ COLLEGE

A senior reserve side, Teachers’ College, has been added to the bottom four teams of the senior grade for the remaining competition matches now that the teams have been divided into three sections.

Teachers’ College will be on trial for the four matches ■nd, if it proves itself up to

senior standard, may be given full senior status next season.

Mr F. J. Foley, chairman of the committee which granted Teachers’ College’s application, said that the admission had been done on the potential of the club. This season Teachers’ College already has lost two matches—to Linwood and Christchurch In the senior reserve grade. r The division of teams is: Harewood Trophy. Christchurch, Albion, Linwood and Suburbs.

D.C.L. Shield.—University E, University A, Shirley. Lincoln College, New Brighton, Sydenham.
