Easier Fishing
Fear* that trout fishing regulations would become too! easy and take away the “challenge” of the sport were expressed in Rotorua by Mr C. A. Voss, president of the Rotorua Fishing and Casting Club. “We should be cautious about liberalising the regulations about lures and times in order to make fishing easier,” he said. “The fascination of this sport is the challenge it presents."
