PLAYWRITING AWARDS
Junior Winners Announced
Prizes in the seventh annual junior playwriting competition organised by the Christchurch and North Canterbury area of the British Drama League will be awarded at the final night of the annual area festival in the Repertory Theatre on July 30. This year’s judge was Mr H. Pointer. Results were.—“Montjoy” by Imogen de la Bere, 1; “Death a Forbidden Luxury” bv Elizabeth Allan, 2; and “the House of Hats” by Janet Harris, 3.
