Philiipps and Impey.—Phillipps and Impey, Auckland paint, wallpaper and glass merchants, which last year took a majority Interest in Booth and Chapman, Hamilton, has now also acquired the minority interests. Consideration was 7408 shares and £5OOO cash.—(P.A.)

Mount Morgan.—The half yearly dividend on the redeemable preference stock at the rate of 7 per cent per annum for the six months to July 31 is payable in Sydney on that date. The dividend will be tax free in the hands of stockholders in Australia. Transfer books will close from 5 p.m.. July 15, until 5 p.m., July 22; ex dividend July 13. —(P.A.).

Dividend Lifted.—lnvestors’ Unit Trust, Christchurch, has increased its dividend from 8s to 8s 6d for the six months to April 30. This is the fifth successive lift in dividend since’ a payment of 6s a 100 units was made in April, 1962.
