Cox Brothers Australia.—The directors of Cox Brothers (Australia), Ltd., Melbourne-based textiles, furniture and food retailers. have announced that the interest due on issued 8 per cent 1968-1972 debenture stock for the half-year to July 31 wiM be paid that day to debenture stockholders on the register at 5 p.m., Friday, July 8; Ex- interest July 6.—(P.A.). Cox Finance Corporation.— The company, which is the finance organisation for Cox Brothers (Australia), announced that interest on the issued registered first mortgage debenture stock for the quarter to July 31 wiM be paid on that date to debenture stockholders on the register at 5 p.m., July 8; ex interest July 6.—(P.A.). Hatakana Milling.—The annual general meeting of Matakana Milling and Export Corporation, Tauranga, sawmillers, resolved last Friday that the authorised capital 250,000 ordinary 20s shares should be converted Into 500,000 ordinary 10s shares, and be quoted in 10 s shares from June 27.
