Standard Case Hearing

(N.Z. Press Association) \ DUNEDIN, June 27. An £8427 10s claim against Thomas Kay Stuart Sidey by the Standard Insurance Company, in liquidation, is set down for hearing in the Supreme Court at Dunedin tomorrow before Mr Justice Woodhouse, of Auckland. The hearing of the claim began on June 14 before Mr Justice Gresson, but after hearing the company’s claim, his Honour disqualified himself on personal grounds.
