Four Injured On Roads
Christopher Skellerup, of 110 North parade, was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital suffering from head injuries after his van and a truck collided outside 393 Pages road about 2.50 p.m. yesterday. His condition last night was satisfactory. Michael Broadhead, of 63A Glandovey road, suffered head injuries when he was struck by a car In the grounds of the Fendalton Open-Air School about 1.30 p.m. yesterday. He was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital, where bis condition last night was satisfactory. Thomas Henry Butler, of 49 Olliviers road, suffered minor leg injuries when his cycle and a truck collided at the corner of Latimer square and Worcester street about 2.40 p.m. yesterday. He was treated at the Christchurch Hospital and sent home. Grant Stewart Watson, of 15 Sumner street, was treated at the hospital for head injuries after his cycle and a car collided at the corner of Oxford terrace and Antigua street about 3.40 p.m. yesterday.
