Canterbury Man In Basketball Team
Brilliant form in the final trials at Tokoroa won the energetic guard, C. Morris a place in the New Zealand men’s basketball team to play the . San Jose Spartans on July 18 at Palmerston North. Morris is the first Canterbury player to be selected for New Zealand since B. Bradley went on the 1962 South-east Asian tour. Morris has also been included in the South Island team to meet the Americans at Invercargill on July 9. The New Zealand team, announced on Saturday by the
