THE Applicant asks that Its land may be used for the additional purpose of carrying out repairs to motor vehicle in connection with the business of a service station which the Applicant Intends to establish on the land. ANY person or body objecting to or supporting the proposals or desiring variation of them is required to submit arguments in writing to the County Clerk, Waimairi County Council not later than the 11th day of July. 1966. Any person or body so objecting to or supporting the application is entitled to be heard by the Council or by a Committee thereof constituted for the purpose.
