Qantas Building in Melbourne’s Collins street has been sold at auction for a record 400,000 dollars (£NZ160,000)—equivalent to a record 18.312 dollars (£NZ7326) a foot frontage. The building, between Queen and Elizabeth streets, has a basement, ground and five upper floors. The buyer was not disclosed.
