OVERSEAS EXCHANGES
SYDNEY Interest on the Sydney Stock Exchange yesterday was mainly centred around 8.H.P., which rose 12 cents to six dollars 26 cents. Since the beginning of the week the shares have gained 36 cents.

Industrials were firm on the Melbourne Stock Exchange yesterday with B.H.P. again the main attraction. B.H.P. moved to a new 1966 peak of 630 before closing at 620 a rise of 8 cents. Base metals and oils firm.
