Three Hurt In Collision
Two men and a woman were injured when two cars collided at the comer of Salisbury and Manchester streets about 7.30 p.m. yesterday. Sylvia Winifred Pratt, of 224 Cranford street, was admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital suffering head and leg injuries. Mr J. C. Stade, of 210 Salisbury street, was admitted to Christchurch Hospital with head and hand injuries. Their conditions were reported as being satisfactory. Michael David Barnden, of Leeston, was treated at Christchurch Hospital for chest injuries he suffered in the accident.
