Shorter Parking The 15-minute parking restriction in Colombo street will come into force on Monday, the City Council’s traffic Superintendent (Mr J. F. Thomas) said yesterday. Parking meters in the area between Hereford and St. Asaph streets will be removed tomorrow, and signs warning of the new 15i minute limit will be erected. I The restriction will apply on both sides of Colombo street.
