felt compelled to put forward his views,” said the spokesman. “The Times,” which has been in touch with Mr Matsuda at his home in Japan to help him with the lay-out, will be carrying an editorial about him tomorrow. The previous largest personal advertisement in “The Times” was a full-page one on Rhodesia by a group of university professor*.
