MONACO, June 23.
The Monaco Parliament early today voted to buy 600,000 newly-created shares in the company owning much of the principality’s gambling and tourist interests. The move has the effect of breaking the financial control over the company the Societe des Bains de Mer — by the Greek shipping magnate, Aristotle Onassis.
