Death Penalty In Algeria (N Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) ALGIERS, June 21. Algeria tonight officially introduced the death penalty for economic crimes. The Prime Minister, Mr Houari Boumedienne, signed decrees creating special courts to deal with economic crimes. The courts have the power to impose the death penalty in certain cases. The new laws provide for almost no mitigating circumstances. There will be three courts: in Algiers, Oran and CcnMMttMb
