Scott Bros. Accepts
(N.Z. Press Association* DUNEDIN, June 22. Shareholders in Scott Brothers, Ltd., Christchurch engineer and manufacturer of electric ranges, rangettes and domestic water heaters, have accepted the merger offer from Charles Begg and Company, of Dunedin. In a statement today, Mr C. B. Barrowclough, chairman of Charles Begg, said that the offer made by Beggs to Scott Brothers, with a view to the merging of the interests of the two companies, had been accepted by all members of Scott Brothers. All members had now been notified accordingly.
