Truck Capsizes. When a City Council rubbish truck rolled over at the council's dump at Rowan avenue, AranuL about 4.15 p.m. on Monday, the driver, Mr C. Arapai, of 983 Colombo street, suffered slight head injuries. He was treated at Christchurch Hospital.
