(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, June 20. Talks are still being held among Britain, Australia and other Commonwealth members about where to hold the next meeting of Commonwealth Prime Ministers. Several venues, including Canada, are believed to be under consideration. A meeting is expected in the first half of September, rather than in July, the month agreed on at Lagos in January.
