Control Of Dogs
Sir, —Parked by a sign, “Dogs prohibited unless on a leash," I observed one being led along the path and allowed by its fond mistress to indulge at short intervals in the fun and games proscribed for this species by evolution. In English towns these signs read: “You are liable for prosecution if your dog fouls the footpath.”— Yours, etc., K 9. June 21, 1966.
