Two British paratroopers who set out from Orleans, Massachusetts, on June 4 to row to England were sighted yesterday about 170 miles south-east of Cape Cod. The Coast Guard said the research vessel Albatross was in communication with the 20ft boat carrying Captain John Ridgway, aged 27, and Sergeant Chay Blyth, aged 26, and that the paratroopers reported “all is well.”
