’QUAKE IN S. AFRICA
(N.Z. Pre»a A mtn.—Copyright) JOHANNESBURG, June 19. An earthquake today battered the east coast of South Africa and was felt as far inland as 500 miles. Radio reports from South Africa's Natal province on the Indian Ocean said the sea “went mad” after the 'quake. There were no reports of death or injury.
