White House Boycott
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, June 15. Soviet bloc envoys are reported to have decided to boycott a reception which President Johnson is giving at the White House for United Nations delegations. The entire group had declined his invitation ostensibly in protest against the exclusions of representatives of Cuba, Albania and Mongolia from the guest list.
