Gorillas No More
Keepers at the Auckland zoo will no longer be able to dress up to frighten their friends. The Auckland City Council’s parks and library committee has decided to sell for £25 a gorilla costume it bought eight years ago and hardly ever used. The costume, bought for £5O, was intended for circus work at the zoo but was used only during the first year. It has been bought by an entertainment group.
