(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 16. Lamphouse Properties, Wellington, in its first full trading year to March 31' made a net profit of £13,399 and a 6 per cent dividend is proposed. In the previous 10-month period to March 31, last year net profit was £6383 and divided 3 per cent In his review of the year’s operations, the chairman, Mr A. S. Cornish, said the results predicted ih the first prospectus had been fulfilled and prospects of enhanced returns could be looked for as properties were sold.
