Bruce McLaren won the Mosport 200-mile sports car race in Canada recently. The previous week he won a sports car race at St. Jovite. Both victories were in McLaren-Elvas. At Mosport Chris Amon was fighting for second place, but had to stop for a new wheel and dropped to tenth.

T. J. Chick (TalbotDarracq) won the Vintage Car Club’s Irishmans Creek rally at Queen’s Birthday weekend. R. J. Hassel (Bently) was second. The car was the one in which Jim Clark took second place at Indianapolis. * * * The Vintage Car Club’s recent all-day trial was won by W. R. -R. Bryson (Ford), with N. T. King (Austin) second and R. B. Scott (Mini Minor) third. * * Phil Hill and J. Bonnier won the Nurburgring 1000 kilometres race in a Chaparral. The American-built car was fitted with an automatic trasmission. Ferraris were second and third, a Porsche was fourth, and a Ford G.T. was fifth. The works Fords did not compete.
