KEY PLAYER WITHDRAWN
One of Canterbury's leading table tennla players, Chin Sin Pin of Avonslde, has withdrawn from all competition matches for the remainder of the season. Pressure of university work and a shortage of time m which to practice are believed to he responsible for Chin's withdrawal.
He will remain a member of the club and may be able to S.ay In the Inter-ciub competlon next winter. Chin had played a prominent F° e J. n P utt ing AvonW.de well up In tnle year's competition, and hie position tn the club's senior team will be hard to Uli.
