Effect Of Litigation (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) SALISBURY, June 15 Judges of the Rhodesian High Court, at their own request. will not attend the official opening of Parliament on June 22 because of litigation involving the standing of the Government. The litigation is bebeved to concern applications by some Africans and a European challenging the validity of the existing emergency regulations in the country'.
