Minor Fires
Fire severely damaged an electric generator at the premises of Davis Gelatine (N.Z.), Ltd., Connal street, Woolston, about 4.7 p.m. yesterday. Firemen from the Woolston and Headquarters stations put out the blaze. A small fire in a storage shed on the property of Mr A. Symes, 83 Burwood road, caused slight damage. Called at 4.40 p.m., firemen from the New Brighton and St. Albans stations attended. k
